Another year has come and gone, and what a crazy year it’s been. I’ve been through a lot of situations in the last year that have caused personal growth, and in the midst of everything, I forgot to grab my camera for a good chunk of the year. But, once I realized that towards the end of August, I did my best to make up for it and take as many pictures as possible. Most of my favorite pictures this year are from my yearly vacation to the Outer Banks with my husband, but I’ve got a few non-beachy pictures to mix in, as well.

I’ll just add that I’m not a professional – I still haven’t taken any classes, I still barely know how to use my camera, and I’m always learning.
