Welcome Home, Oliver!

I’ve had rabbits most of my life. Most recently, I had a black Holland Lop named Bella, who was born in 2010 and sold at a feed store around Easter time. I’ve had her ever since, and she was a one of a kind friend. She had full run of the house at all times. She honestly thought she was a dog – she’d greet you at the door, drink from their water bowl, and she even started eating dog food. Earlier this Spring she came down with head tilt, and was able to recover after a visit to the vet. Unfortunately, it came back around, and she wasn’t able to beat it a second time. We laid her to rest, and a piece of my heart has been missing ever since.

After a few months, I decided I was ready to love a little bunny again. And so… meet Oliver! He’s a beautiful, fluffy Lionhead and pretty much the cutest thing ever. I can’t wait to watch him grow, but I also want to enjoy this phase as much as possible! Enjoy some pictures of my new fluffy fella!
